As you might know I have been unconvincingly searching to draft for a Class Action proposal which will suit all for many years.
This has recently possibly come to past that is why as an identified entity, you are being contacted.
I have deliberately missed out some persons for which I consider our personal relationship irreparable despite their worthy determination and our commonality in this purpose.
Have a read first and respond whether you wish to be involved: we hope to hold a group meeting on Zoom in the next week to generate a consensus and if you wish to withdraw at any time, there are no obligations!
In a link is the proposal in a short (only) document but I fear this and more will have to transcribed before submission!
I am all excited as we can get the Unions and the nurses and ambos to be involved. If any of you or your supporters have legal drafting skills which can enhance this I will be grateful.
I have arbitrarily put my name as the first plaintiff as I have some time ago set up a FCA electronic filing account in Adelaide
